Pork Adobo Cuts is also know as the kasim part of the pig.  It is the most common and versatile primal cuts in the meat.  Kasim is cut from the shoulder of the pig,  That part of the cut is tough with lots of fat and tissue that make it ideal for slow cooking, but also makes it a general-purpose one.  This cut is usually used in ground pork and the famous native viand Adobo.
