Our products are guaranteed fresh once they are delivered to your doorstep. Upon receiving your orders, please inspect the goods first and make sure they are the products you ordered online before signing the delivery receipt. Once the delivery receipt has been signed, it is automatically considered that the order received is of good condition and the order is complete.
We implement a strict rule on “No return no exchange policy” for those customers who want to exchange their orders just because they changed their mind about purchasing them. With regards to other reasons why one will still insist on returning the meat products that were delivered are all subject to investigation before any refunds can be done.
